Gee, sorry to hear that, really! My wayout is very much like Carina's - shopping, mostly online. Even when I don't need anything (frankly, that is true most of the time) browsing always cheers me up. Plus maybe a drink and some good music. Works like magic!
P.S. And of course, tomorrow has a nice chance of turning out better:)
